After 15 years scaling e-commerce platforms from zero to multi-million dollar revenues, we realized something was fundamentally broken in the service economy.
We found ourselves constantly stuck between two worlds: the ivory-tower consultants who had never shipped a line of code, and the development shops who built exactly what was asked for, even if it was a business mistake.

Stevedoring, logistics, ports — built a business in shipping. Then 2014 and the Russia-EU conflict showed Baltic logistics had no future.
Started e-commerce from zero with minimal capital. Automation was the only way to compete against Chinese sellers, tax-evading resellers, and unstable suppliers. Built a European brand that became the niche leader.
War forced a move to safety. New country, new language, business rebuilt from scratch. AI finally bridged the gap between what the business needed and what IT delivered — years of technical debt vanished in months.
The problems solved for his own businesses turned out to be universal. Helping others solve them became the mission.
