ENGWE Spain · Workshop service
For the ENGWE Spain workshop, we implemented condition records, service terms, diagnosis, repair decisions and billing in Odoo. We linked repairs to sales and invoices, configured staff roles, added a diagnostic fee credit and created a bilingual completion PDF.
The workshop gained a consistent path through each service order, connecting customer agreements, completed work and financial documents.

OneRide · PrestaShop ↔ Odoo
For OneRide, we connected the PrestaShop store with Odoo for products, stock levels, orders and payment data. Store orders flow into Odoo for processing, while stock levels synchronise with the storefront. We configured and extended the exchange, added status checks and monitored synchronisation.
This connection supports daily operations, from checkout to order processing and inventory tracking.

We map records and relationships, rehearse the transfer and validate the result with your team. The migration plan covers the agreed business history, documents and attachments, with cutover checks and a rollback path. Storefront migrations also account for URLs, redirects and metadata.

For OneRide's warranty service, we set up the intake and handling workflow in Odoo Helpdesk. We migrated 139 tickets with their fields, messages and attachments and launched a dedicated intake form. The team gained a connected support process with access to structured customer service history.

For ENGWE Spain, we built an AI assistant connected to the product catalogue, knowledge base, CRM and Helpdesk. It helps customers choose products, supports creating leads and tickets, and hands conversations to staff.
Our AI work also includes invoice processing that turns incoming PDFs into structured vendor bills in Odoo, connected to email, messaging and document storage.

Yes. For OneRide, we connected PrestaShop to Odoo for products, stock levels, orders and payment data. This lets the storefront and back office work together. A later storefront migration can be planned as a separate stage.
We map the source fields, agree which history to preserve and rehearse the transfer. Checks cover record counts, relationships, totals and representative documents. Users test the migrated data in their workflows before cutover, with backups and a rollback plan for the agreed release.
